Construction Superintendent


Southwest Homes of Northwest Arkansas, located in Springdale, who is a rapidly growing home builder, is looking for a goal-oriented individual with the knowledge and experience needed to fill the position of Construction Manager, who can start immediately.

Responsibilities
• Daily communication with customers and subcontractors
• Construction site management
• Contractor/vendor negotiations as well as job site development
• Managing budgets and adhere to job costs

Qualifications
• Candidate will need experience in residential construction preferably in scattered lot building.
• Qualifications include a 2-year proven track record of successful leadership and job performance.
• Candidate will need to have good organizational and team-building skills

Job description

Office Administrator

Southwest Homes of Arkansas, who is a rapidly growing On Your Lot home builder, is looking for a goal-oriented individual with the knowledge and experience needed to fill the position of Office Administrator, who can start immediately. Located in our Springdale office.

PC Job Duties “General Knowledge"

  • Become familiar with all of the systems, policies and procedures used by Southwest Homes in the operation of the office.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office including the use of Word and Excel.
  • Become familiar with all of the policies and procedures of Southwest Homes.

General Duties

  • Primarily responsible for the day-to-day clerical and administrative operations including but not limited to invoice processing, building permit applications, inspection scheduling, bid processing and assisting the Construction Managers.
  • Organize, scan, load documents to server and maintains files.
  • Orders office supplies as necessary.
